Terms and Policies for the our Signature Photography Experience

Booking & Retainer

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your session date for your branding portraits. The remaining balance is due prior to the session unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) and no-shows forfeit all payments. Reschedules are subject to availability.

Late Arrival

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund. Sessions, including headshot photography sessions, end at the scheduled time.

Weather & Safety

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe or poor weather conditions at no penalty, ensuring a quality luxury portrait experience.

Session Conduct

Clients agree to follow the photographer’s guidance and behave respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in early termination without refund.

Editing & Artistic Style

Images are edited in the photographer’s signature style. Additional or heavy retouching requests may incur extra fees. Raw/unedited images are not provided.

Image Delivery

Turnaround time varies by session type and will be communicated in advance. Final images are delivered via a private online gallery.

Gallery Archiving

Online galleries are archived 30 days after delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and saving images before the archive date. Long-term storage is not guaranteed.

Copyright & Usage

Erica Banner Photography retains full copyright of all images. Clients receive a print and promotional usage license for personal and professional use unless otherwise stated. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial resale without written permission.

Model Release

Unless the client opts out in writing, Erica Banner Photography may use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Travel & Location Fees

Studio or location fees are not included unless stated. Travel outside the local service area may require additional fees.

Liability

While every effort is made to protect files, liability is limited to the amount paid for the session. The photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond control including equipment failure, weather, or emergencies.

Payment Terms

Payments are accepted online via approved methods. Payment plans may be available on select services. Late payments may delay image delivery.

Agreement

By booking a session, the client agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
