  • How do I book a session? You can book directly through the Book page on the website. A signed contract and non-refundable retainer secure your date.
  • Where are sessions held? Sessions take place in studio, outdoors, or on location depending on your service. Details are confirmed during planning.
  • What should I wear? You’ll receive preparation guidance to help you choose outfits that photograph beautifully and fit your session goals.
  • Do you help with posing? Absolutely. Every session includes guided posing and expression coaching so you feel confident and natural.
  • How long does a session last? Session length varies by service. Headshots typically range from 30–60 minutes; branding, portraits, and events vary.
  • When will I receive my images? Turnaround time depends on your session type and will be shared before your session.
  • How do I receive my photos? Your final images are delivered through a private online gallery where you can view and download.
  •  How long are galleries available? Galleries are available for 30 days after delivery. Please download your images before the archive date.
  • Do you provide raw images? No. Only fully edited images are delivered.
  •  Can I request additional retouching? Yes. Additional retouching or edits beyond the standard style may include extra fees.
  • What is your reschedule policy? You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
  • What happens if I’m late? Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.
  • Do you travel? Yes. Travel outside the local service area may require an additional fee.
  • Can you photograph groups or teams? Yes. Corporate and group sessions are available with custom pricing.
  • Can I use my images for my business? Yes. You receive a usage license for personal and professional promotion.
  • Will my photos be shared publicly? Images may be used for portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing.
  • Do you offer payment plans? Payment plans are available on select experiences.
  •  What if the weather is bad? Outdoor sessions are rescheduled if weather affects safety or quality.
