Booking & Payment
All sessions require either a non-refundable retainer (deposit) or payment in full to secure your session date and time. A retainer is applied toward your total balance, with the remaining balance due prior to or on the day of your session. Some sessions require full payment at the time of booking. Session dates are not reserved without payment.
Cancellations & Refunds
All payments made whether retainer or paid in full are non-refundable. Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances. Sessions paid in full will be forfeited if canceled by the client. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, late arrivals, or missed appointments.
Discretionary Refunds:
In select circumstances, a refund may be extended as a courtesy at the sole discretion of Erica Banner Photography. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, notice must be provided at least 24–48 hours in advance, depending on your session type.
One reschedule is permitted per booking. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original date.
All reschedules are subject to availability. Retainers may be transferred one time only. Sessions paid in full may be applied to the rescheduled date within the allowed timeframe.
Requests made outside of this window will be treated as a cancellation and require a new booking and payment.
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, your session will take place within the remaining scheduled time. Session time will not be extended.
Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may forfeit their session and will be considered a missed appointment.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
Failure to arrive for your scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of all payments made. A new booking and payment will be required to schedule a future session.
Session Time & Additional Time
Each session includes a specific time allotment. Requests for additional time may be accommodated at an additional rate and must be approved in advance.
Image Delivery
Proof galleries are delivered within the stated timeframe. Final edited images are delivered after selections are made. Turnaround times may vary depending on session type and volume.
Creative Direction & Editing
Erica Banner Photography maintains full creative direction over all sessions and final image editing.
Standard editing includes color correction, lighting adjustments, and minor refinements. Advanced retouching is available for an additional fee.
Usage
All images remain the property of Erica Banner Photography.
Clients receive a personal-use license. Commercial use, publication, or redistribution requires written permission and/or a separate licensing agreement.
Photographer Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Erica Banner Photography must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of all payments made.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
Agreement To Terms
By booking, scheduling, or submitting payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all Terms and Policies written here and the terms outlined in the Erica Banner Photography service agreement.
